We are very impressed with Steven. He has helped us plan our 60th anniversary celebration in June of 2023, beginning with a trip on Via Rail’s “The Canadian.” We wanted the prestige class that gives us a private bedroom with full bathroom. Trouble was, unlike the cruise and airline industries, Via’s reservation system only allows booking 13 months out. Because there are only six bedrooms on a train that was not very comforting. Steven talked Via into making an exception to their procedures and arranged a booking for us on the day we want. Steven makes dreams come true.

Steven was lovely to deal with-incredibly solicitous! He worked so hard to ensure that we had the best vacation and we did!

We booked “stacations” while not being able to travel due to the pandemic. Steven did such a great job making it an exceptional experience, even though we were in our hometown. We were surprised with gifts upon arrival! We had special food/bar credits and even breakfast! He was attentive to all our needs and very communicative. It truly was a “six star” experience! We were already in Portugal licking our wounds after a Black Sea cruise (not booked with Stephen) was cancelled (engine repairs) just days before we were to leave Canada. Stephen found us a last minute (five days before departure!) cabin available as a result of a cancellation. He pulled the river cruise end together (at a very attractive price) and I found air.
